We stayed at a hotel near the airport called Hanoi Airport Hotel - Convenient & Friendly. the staff there were incredibly accommodating and understanding when they learned about our early morning flight. They even offered us a special breakfast at 4am, which was such a kind gesture. the hotel is conveniently located just 10-15 minutes away from the airport by taxi or Grab. They also provide free hot and cold water, which was a nice touch. Plus, there's a delicious pho place right next to the hotel. the staff were helpful in arranging transportation for us, making our travel experience even smoother. it was a great choice for our last night in Hanoi before our flight. Cons: Nothing to mention.

I had an unexpectedly delightful stay at Hanoi Airport Hotel. The room was charming, comfortable, and clean. The bed was especially comfortable, unlike many hotels I've stayed at in Vietnam. The fittings and lighting were superior, and the thicker towels were a nice touch. Even though I had booked a single bed, I was pleasantly surprised to find a queen or double bed in my room.

Although there were a few drawbacks, such as some noise from people coming and going at all hours of the night, I understand that this is to be expected at an airport hostel. Additionally, the check-in process at the hotel was quite unpleasant, with the staff member appearing disinterested and unresponsive.
